tandem skydive miniA Tandem skydive adventure allows you to experience the thrill of a lifetime! In a fun-filled half-hour class, we not only teach you how to pull the ripcord, but we also show you how to steer and land the parachute just like a professional. Experience has told us this is the best way to start learning how to skydive, and the most fun! After your orientation class, we take you up to 14,000 feet, giving you about 65 seconds of freefall time. All the while, you are harnessed to your expert instructor, who is there to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

After falling at 120 miles per hour, you'll slow your descent at 6,000 feet by pulling the ripcord and deploying your parachute. Then you begin a five to seven minute exciting parachute descent to a soft, on-target landing. After landing you will receive a logbook from instructor to certify that you made a Tandem training skydive.

What's the Next Step?

So you loved your first tandem skydive and you can't wait to get back in the sky. What next? Take advantage of our $99 second tandem special and get back in the air! This time you'll participate more in your skydive, taking control of your exit, performing turns in freefall and diving forward across the sky like James Bond. After your second tandem, you can progress into our Skydiver Training Program and learn how to fly on your own!

Each skydive you make with us counts towards your skydiving license certification. After making two to three tandem skydives, you can proceed into the Skydiver Training Program (STP), where you wear your own parachute rig and are supervised by one of our rated instructors. As a bonus, your instructor will video every solo training skydive for FREE. Upon completion of the Skydiver Training Program, you will have completed the objectives required to get a skydiving license from the United States Parachute Association. The STP takes only 25 fun-filled skydives to complete, and that includes your Tandem skydives.

Note: You must be at least 18 years of age and weigh less than 280 pounds to skydive, and there are additional fees for Tandem Skydivers over 240 pounds. Tandem Skydivers over 240 lbs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
